He has to his credit of successfully launching many new brands in India and SEA / SAARC countries.

He has also successfully authored the now worldwide selling “The 7 Steps of a successful sales call – An F.M.C.G. Salesman’s Bible’’.

Arpana Punwani

Arpana has 15 plus years of experience in the Hair care & Beauty industry. Having worked with some of the top Hair Care brands in the world (Wella, Schwarzkopf), hastravelled world over for advance trainings & other expertise. Having hands on experience in the hair care, beauty & cosmetic industry, shehas been instrumental in launching key brands in India, trained a battery of professionals in the hair &beauty industry & spearheaded a wide range of initiatives (workshops, seminars, trend launches, fashion shows, in-salon training).

Having heldkey positions with fortune 500 MNC’S as National Technical Head, Key accounts head, Head Partner salon initiative & chief creative manager etc. her scope of work includes managing national training academy, strategize salon service division, formulate and design the training methodology for the professional salon market by adopting best practices used internationally in India.

Having being covered regularly by the media for her honorary work in the Industry, Arpana has crafted a name for herself in Indian Hair, cosmetics & Beauty market. She has also been instrumental in setting up salons, academies and spa ventures as an independent consultant.

She holds a B.A degree from Mumbai, and has done several advanced Hair & Beauty courses by Andrew Jose (Prague), City & Guilds(UK), WellaHigher certification (Germany), Advance training L’oreal (India) to name a few. She currently works with one of the most renowned & upscale salon chain of India heading the western region expansion.

Dr. Arti Khandurie

Partner & Head research & Development

Has been a top aceramic throughout her life. After doing her MSc in chemistry with a gold medal she perused her passion for research & studies and obtained a PhD. from IIT Roorkee in higher alcohol polymers and their use in Petroleum Industry. She joined as Astt professor in a degree college and after spending 4 years joined the founding team for DIT in Dehradun as Head of chemistry department. Here she rose to a dean level with various other responsibilities (Head admissions, Secretary entrepreneur cell, Member of “The Indian Society for Technical Education”, Management Representative ISO-21001:2018. etc. to name a few). She is a qualified GRE, TOEFEL personality and headed an international team to Canada for research studies.

She has also published multiple papers during her tenure i.e. International Journal of Environmental Science and Technology, Response Surface Methodology (RSM) Based Modelling and Optimization of Chromium Removal using Spiral-wound Reverse-Osmosis (RO) Membrane Setup. Published paper entitled “A brief study on synthesis of surfactants and the mechanism of oil mobilisation”, ISOR Journal of Applied Chemistry, ISSN:2278;5736.

Research paper published in international journal, titled “Physio Chemical properties of higher alcohol polymers in petroleum Industry”. American journal of Engineering and research e- ISSN:2320-0847. Papers under review: Journal of Hazardous, Toxic, and Radioactive Waste assessment of chromium biosorption by saw dust from ground water in Delhi region.

Sujay Naik

Senior Marketer & Entrepreneur

A senior marketer & entrepreneur, he is the Founder Director of Zephyr Consulting Services.

His professional profile includes a unique blend of marketing and supply chain experience working on brands like Horlicks, Boost, Aquafresh, Eno, Old Spice, Elizabeth Arden as well as with contract manufacturing, agricultural commodities, and packaging materials. Sujay worked with GlaxoSmithKline with assignments spanning verticals including Nutritional’s (Horlicksand Boost), Over-the-Counter pharmaceuticals (brands Crocin, Eno, and Iodex), and Oral Care (Aquafresh).Core areas of focus are marketing strategy, research, brand management, business planning, advertising and creative communication, media buying and planning.

Sujay has been responsible for turnaround of brands like Old Spice and market entry and brand creation of edible oil brand, Wagga Wagga. Having grown up in the US and central India, he has a nuanced understanding of both markets and cultures. He is an avid science fiction reader, poet and has consulted with and invested in B2C startups.

Sujay has a global certification in Sourcing Group Management, and is a certified trainer in Negotiation Skills. He has a Masters in Business Administration from IIM, Ahmedabad and Bachelors in Industrial and Production Engineering from Indore.

Sujay heads all marketing initiatives of Aarna global ventures company and is part of the management team too.
